Tommy founded Keystone Energy Advisors on one principle: businesses deserve energy advice that puts their interests first. With 25+ years inside the commercial energy market — on the supplier side, the brokerage side, and as an independent advisor — he built a fee-based, buyer-aligned firm licensed in every deregulated state.
George Greco
Executive Vice President
George oversees operations and client strategy at Keystone. He drives the firm's multi-site procurement practice and account-management discipline, ensuring every engagement is documented, defensible, and designed around the client's operations — not a supplier incentive.
Frank Ruggerio
Executive Director of Sales
Frank leads the broker and sales-agent network and manages the firm's supplier relationships. He oversees deal execution across the deregulated markets, working to keep every recommendation transparent and every contract aligned with the buyer's goals.
